Website Terms of Use

Effective August 1, 2026

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the stratum.land website (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Point Energy Partners ("we," "us"), the developer and operator of the STRATUM Land Intelligence platform (the "Platform"). A corporate reorganization of the STRATUM business is pending; these Terms will be updated to identify the new operating entity when that reorganization is complete. By using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

1. Informational purpose

The Site and its content are provided for general information and demonstration purposes only, and may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without notice. Nothing on the Site creates a customer, fiduciary, legal, title, engineering, accounting, tax, investment, or other professional relationship or engagement. Descriptions of Platform capabilities, coverage, and roadmap targets are informational, may reflect work in progress, and are subject to change.

2. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

3. Intellectual property

The Platform, the Site, and all associated software, code, documentation, designs, text, graphics, data compilations, and other content are and remain the property of the operator or its licensors. Except for the limited right to view the Site for its intended informational purpose, no license or other right is granted by your use of the Site. Names, logos, and marks displayed on the Site identify the Platform and its operator and may not be used without permission.

4. Third-party services and links

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites and services, and the Platform makes use of third-party model providers and data services. These are not under our control, and we do not endorse or warrant them. Your use of third-party sites and services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

5. AI and domain-specific output disclaimer

STRATUM outputs are decision-support materials generated from supplied data, rules, models, and automated processes. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular purpose, and they require review by qualified professionals before being relied on. Outputs are not legal or title opinions, landman certifications, reserve reports, engineering conclusions, accounting advice, tax advice, investment advice, or guarantees of ownership, payment, production, or value. Title conclusions, curative actions, and transaction decisions remain the responsibility of qualified professionals exercising independent judgment.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Site, and our aggregate liability relating to the Site is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. The rights and remedies of enterprise customers are governed exclusively by their signed agreements, not by the Site or these Terms.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
