Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice describes how information is collected and used through the stratum.land website (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Point Energy Partners ("we," "us"), the developer and operator of the STRATUM Land Intelligence platform. A corporate reorganization of the STRATUM business is pending; this notice will be updated to identify the new operating entity when that reorganization is complete. 1. Information we collect

• Contact form. If you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, work email, company, role, area of interest, state and county of interest, and your message.
• Technical and security data. Standard technical information (such as browser and device characteristics and IP address) is processed by our infrastructure provider to serve and secure the Site. Form submissions are verified by Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-protection check that analyzes browser signals. Stored form submissions include a salted one-way hash in place of the raw IP address.
• Usage analytics. We use privacy-focused, cookieless web analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that report aggregate, page-level statistics. We do not use cross-site tracking, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies.

2. Cookies

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our infrastructure provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security and bot protection. Because the Site uses no non-essential cookies, no cookie-consent banner is currently required; if that changes, this notice and the Site will be updated.

3. How we use information

We use the information described above to respond to inquiries; to operate, secure, and improve the Site; to evaluate interest in the platform; to comply with law; and to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

4. Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to run the Site: Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery, security verification, form storage, and analytics) and Microsoft 365 (email). We do not currently use a marketing CRM. Providers may change over time; this notice will be kept current.

5. No sale of personal information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, for legal and compliance obligations, and for security records, and then delete or de-identify it.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Send requests to [email protected]; we will respond consistent with applicable law.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided information through the Site, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
